CRUSH is used beneath the nostril, not in the mouth. Hold the tip just below one nostril without inserting it, then inhale gently through your nose to experience the botanical aroma and visible vapor.
Each stick is ready to use, with no charging or refilling. When it no longer produces vapor, replace it. Every box includes two sticks.

At the center of CRUSH is a 12-botanical blend. Its aroma brings together the crisp character of Wild Mint and Lemongrass, the warm depth of Clove and Patchouli, and notes of Citrus Peel, Angelica, Magnolia Bark, and Rhizoma Ligustici.
